"I have read most of the reviews and I'm happy to say that isn't my experience. We have plenty of parking, neighbors are quiet and respectful of each other. My personal experience with maintenance has been great. My hot water heater broke late on Saturday night I called the emergency # and they had a new one installed on Sunday morning by 8:30. Sandy who coordinates maintenance has been wonderful"
"Bad complex. They hired robbery in the name of towing company to tow tenants car in the middle of the night. No warning nothing. They need to do better . Atleast assign every tenant a parking spot. This complex won't change my carpet despite being flooded with water twice in one year. My kids have been coughing nonstop because the mold. The carpet was stinking and moldy . I have requested them to change the carpet . Even beg them to change to wooden floors. They have refused. So we have been breathing in this dusty and moldy apartment. I'm posting here for those who can see this to help me and my kids live in a healthy non toxic house."
"Terrible customer service, I am trying to get information on a two bedroom apartment. No one in leasing office has been answering calls all morning. Forget about the maintenance line, they pick up with an attitude, and I was also hung up twice!"
"TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT & CUSTOMER SERVICE I called asking for clarification on rents, the differences between one bedroom units and the year the units were built. 1 bedroom go from $1405 to $1625 according to the rental office person and were built in different years. The woman on the phone was curt and rude and did not answer my question on year built. She said different sections were built at different times and said she has worked there for 20 years and she won’t give me contact information to someone who can answer this question and SHE HUNG UP. Her actual first response was “You’re kidding me right?” I called back again and asked the same question. I can get the build year for houses with mortgage payments of the same amount, I can get the build year for other apartment complexes I’m looking at, including the Camelot apartments in the same municipality but this complex doesn’t provide year built for each of the sections they put up. I voiced this to her and she kept interrupting. I also asked when leases start and what’s the application process; you need to submit proof of income, 3 paystubs, credit score, and $120 application to even be considered. I asked what the credit score and income requirements are and she responded even more rudely asking me who do I work for and that these are weird questions and they (the rental office) would want to see me in person to give me the answers. I’ve rented with three different places and never had to submit an application fee and always was provided answers to anything concerning application process. These are NORMAL questions and anyone who is looking to rent an apartment should know when inquiring about a rental. I’ve driven into the complex to take a look around and see how the place manages the exterior and the parks that I once thought were managed by the Borough (they’re not, the parks are managed by the apartment complex). Trash all over the park sites and the trash cans were overflowing. Not only are the apartments overpriced, the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRENDOUS AND THEY REFUSE TO PROVIDE CRITICAL INFORMATION ABOUT APPLYING FOR AN APARTMENT."
"This place is absolutely atrocious! If you want to live with thousands of centipedes and silverfish this place is for you!! There’s stink bugs and all types of nasty creatures that’s roam your apartment and nest if your belongings. The office lady is so nasty, such a miserable soul. I would not recommend this place, i wish i could give it a 0 but that’s not possible. Just stay as far as you can from this dump. A bunch of illegal activity going on day and night, never maintained, calls themselves luxury apartments nothing luxury about them what do ever"
