"My boyfriend and I live here and we love it! Everyone is super nice and the concierge is spot on. Janine was extremely helpful in getting us set up initially and we extended our lease for another year cause we didn’t want to leave. Sad to see any negative reviews on here. The location is ample and you’re right next to a parkway entrance. The staff is all nice and it’s a safe building which is nestled right in the middle of so many different places in Jersey; it’s truly a hub and great if you travel a lot for work. You’re also right down the street from a train station."

"Management does not have any urgency to help residents. They do not care about resident priorities only theirs. Would not recommend anyone moving here as they dont value resident business. Also to prove my argument you reply 3 days later. It is not residents fault why you cant fix issues in apartment in a timely manner. Its been 2 months and not 1 slight bit of urgency for my issue but if im late with rent $100 fee applied and no other way around $29 CONVENIENCE FEE to pay through portal. Either i pay that or i have to drive all the way to Piscataway."

"Met with Janine to review apartments they have available. Signed paperwork as well as application to be on a waiting list for when the part was available which was supposed to be first week of September. Come September I’m told apartment isn’t available until October. October comes and I’m now told first availability is November 15th. I asked if there was any two bedrooms available to which they responded that there are actually no longer any rooms available anymore. I was strung along for 3 months just to be told they don’t have anything available. Just terrible communication from Janine and the rest of the staff here. You are much better off finding a house as they charge the same as a mortgage would be for single bedroom unit. Disgusting."

"The arrival at the building is warm and welcoming. The building lobby, gym, general spaces, meeting room are lovely, clean and spacious. The hallways, elevators and these spaces are Immaculate and beyond clean.and aestheically pleasing. The apartments are spacious, bright, laid out well, have plenty of storage and are quite beautiful. I really enjoyed my tour with the staff."
