Sutton Pointe Apartments

"BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE! First, let me say the young lady Nicole at the front desk was helpful & so kind! She convinced my grandmother to choose Twin Lakes and was able to convince my grandmother to move in earlier than she needed to. My grandmother, a long-term health care worker for 35+ years, has a high income and good credit score and had multiple options, including an apartment in Tomsriver & point pleasant. After calling one day to speak to Nicole, the manager answered the phone & after speaking to the manager (I don’t remember her name), things went downhill. She wouldn’t accept my grandmother's paperwork from the state for my grandmother's dog, and she was very sarcastic and challenging to deal with! I wanted my grandmother to choose this location Since a fitness center, washer, dryer, and other amenities were included. However, My grandmother said no way !!! Being the wise person she is, she knew this would Lead to other problems because the manager is a difficult person. (I can't say This has nothing to do with race Because My grandmother is white/ Caucasian), the manager lacks communication skills & will even sarcastically reply to your questions. I’m adding to the manager's nasty attitude; she kept my grandmother's $250 payment. I have an email on On the first of last month, when we replied to Nicole saying my grandmother did not want the apartment, we were told my grandmother needed to send an email canceling within 72 hours from That day to get the $250 fee that she paid to hold the apartment, and my grandmother sent an email that day. We had a family tragedy the next day, so when we returned to NJ, I called and asked the manager why my grandmother did not receive her refund. The manager not only sarcastically said my grandmother wasn’t getting her refund even though my grandmother send the email in a timely manner, but she was also rude and uncooperative. Be very mindful before applying to this place."

"I lived at Sutton Pointe for two years and wish I could move back! Our apartment was beautiful, the large window in the living room brought in so much natural light and we had a brand new bathroom. The staff was absolutely lovely, always available and friendly. When we put in work requests they got done quickly, even in the middle of the night someone would come ASAP. The place was kept up beautifully, there were always staff outside cleaning up leaves/branches or cutting the grass. Loved that there were dogs and kids everywhere too."

"I have been living here for 2 years and it has been a great experience so far. The leasing consultants Cassandra and Silvia are very friendly, supportive and have been doing an excellent job to improve and make this community a perfect place to live. They also make sure that the residents are well notified about any ongoing work in the community and safety tips.The place is safe for kids from my point of view and has ample of lawn area for them to play around.All major grocery stores and hypermarkets are easily accessible. Overall, i recommend this community."

The apartments are beautiful and in a great location... very close to the parkway. Silvia, in the leasing office, was so accommodating, professional, knowledgeable and always willing to help! She went above and beyond her job description to help me move in! I highly recommend Sutton Pointe Apartments!"

"Hands down the best apartment living situation in Monmouth county. Talking about value, apartment open and spacious layout, and the professional yet family like office staff that make Sutton Pointe the only choice for anyone with logic. The location and proximity to all major roadways gives you extra time to sleep in/not waste away in traffic on the way home. Plenty of street parking and guest spaces in the back, friendly neighbors, quiet and serene and very green, just awesome. Do yourself a favor and come see Silvia and Cassandra in the leasing office to make this place your next perfect home."
