"Very disappointed so far in our experience with SafeSplash in Clifton. They tend to cancel very often and last minute so you are left with a very disappointed and upset child. They say the pool broke or the instructors are sick but then the following class literally the next half an hour seems to run just fine. Of course there are no actual monetary refunds. They give credits so you’re stuck. Their app makes it impossible to find a class as everything is always full. The classes, themselves are not bad, but they don’t seem to group kids based on age or skill, even though it is promised. My son has been in a class with a baby with a diaper on and children who were probably at least 5 years older all at the same time."

"Frequent cancellation of classes, you'll receive make-up class that expires within two weeks. If you can't go another day they will not refund for the class missed that they initially cancelled. While customer service reps are typically nice, they cannot do anything without directive of management that you cannot get on the phone. Pool was also closed for a few weeks and we never received notification that it reopened missing a whole month of classes that we could not be refunded for. We enjoyed the classes that we attended and the staff were great with my child, its unfortunate that we had to cancel our membership based on management."

"Disappointing customer service. I can’t speak to the quality of the classes, because they kept getting cancelled at the last minute. Safe Splash offered to refund the classes that were cancelled at the time of cancellation, but that didn’t happen. Instead they credited the amount toward the following month’s tuition. The transactions are unclear and confusing to follow on the Safe Splash account. I ultimately withdrew, and dealt with a lot of back-and-forth with customer reps to try and get a refund for the services that weren’t rendered. They finally agreed to refund my payment after I went back to my credit card company to dispute the charge."

"This place made my daughter cry. On one week, the class had to be cancelled because they were understaffed, and on the following week, I got an email literally a half an hour before the lesson saying that the class was cancelled due to pool maintenance. We already had my daughter dressed and ready to go, and they send me an email A HALF AN HOUR before the class? No. Just no. And the thing is, the classes themselves are pretty good. The instructors are friendly, and the lessons teach a great deal. I was mostly satisfied with everything until this happened. So, yeah. The sessions are good, the instructors are great, and it's mostly affordable, but the fact that the schedules are unbending, and they give you such late notice on cancellations is ridiculous. I don't like hearing my daughter cry over something that could have been prevented if we were just told much earlier in advance."

"Don’t waste your money. Very disorganized, swim lessons are not structured. Kids of all levels are together in most of the classes and instructors aren’t aware of the kids levels. My son didn’t progress even after a year of classes. The instructors keep changing almost every other week. Whenever the kids develop a rapport with the instructor, to their disappointment the instructor is gone and there is a replacement."
