"The area is always clean. Maintenance usually responds to your issues right away. The rent could be a bit lower. I moved here from NY but now it seems it’s just as expensive to live here. The walls are thin and I am always disturbed by arguments from my neighbor. The bedrooms are not ventilated properly so it’s either too cold in the winter or muggy and hot in the summer. I had to buy a portable heater and fan to put in the bedrooms. The dryers could be maintained better. I feel safe here though and often take walks at night which I couldn’t do in NY in my old neighborhood."

"It’s just fine. Upgrades are cheaply done. Do not live here if you don’t like noise. The apartments are really poorly constructed for noise, so it carries horribly. Can’t sleep until the neighbors decide to go to bed. They run down their stairs, and it sounds like our ceiling is caving in. Also feral cats are everywhere and breeding even more."

"Apartment itself is really nice. location is good too. the ONLY reason i had to give it 5 stars is because of the parking. Parking is really hard to find at night time and on weekends. they should really resolve this issue. my apartments is next to the train tracks and every few minutes the train passes by making too much noise as if you are living right next to an airport."
