"Lana was very informative and helpful with all our questions! I’m very happy"
"This such a wonderful place and the safest place to live and at the lease office there are two amazing and wonderful ladies who helps you with everything their names are Lana and Diana. They are amazing and so respectful they helped me a lot with everything that I needed. I want to thank them very much."
"Lana was a pleasure to work with the entire process from start to finish. She made us feel at ease immediately. She was patient and understanding while she waited for documents. Lana kept an open line of communication and walked us through every step of the way. Our experience with her, made us comfortable with our decision to make Mae Brook our new home!"
"Lana Geller was a true professional and an absolute delight. Definitely made the apartment hunting process much easier and less stressful."
"Renters beware! This complex is garbage and its not worth the high priced rent they are charging. I moved from South Brunswick area to be closer to my family. The Renaissance was a great location due to its closeness to a main shopping center, having a middle school near would be cool because the commute for my daughter would be less of a journey, and lets not take away from the newly renovated apartment with new appliances. Those were the perks. Now we are going on 3.5 years and it was one of the worse decisions I made moving here. The location is what you are really paying for because the apartment is shabby and its been falling apart since day 1. I am consistently calling maintenance to fix things in the apartment and their response time is extremely poor when it comes to service; example I've been calling a work order everyday for the past 2 weeks for a faulty washer and dryer and a broken toilet seat. No one has come for 2 weeks to address my maintenance issues because they said "It is not an emergency". These are some of the issues I called in over the 3.5 years, the tile in the bathrooms fell off, the faucet broke off, the cabinets in the kitchen cracked, the cabinet in the bathroom broke off the hinge, the door in my bedroom was unhinged and broke off, the water pipe under the bathroom sink busted which resulted in a water spillage in the cabinet and all over the bathroom floor, there are pest problems. Also garbage is all around the dumpsters in the parking lot and around the property. Several neighbors I know have had mice in their apartment, fortunately for me I have not. Nevertheless garbage debris are blown around the property because they do not do a great job of grounds keeping. Bottom line is the apartment is an expensive headache. The property is an exorbitantly priced poorly constructed living space with pest problems and lackadaisical maintenance workers that does not prioritize your maintenance issues unless its considered an emergency."
