"We lived here for 2.5 years and i really loved the community. It is so neat and well maintained. Maintenance team is onsite and resolve the issue very soon. The swimming pool is clean. Kids have a lot of space to play in front of the house. There are 2 stations close to this apt complex. I recommend this place."

We love the apartment, itself, and the complex is close to all the major highways, as well as being just down the road from the Woodbridge train station, affording easy access to NYC. And the pool is great for the kids in the summer. The staff has always been great to deal with, as well. From the main office to the maintenance staff, they've always been extremely helpful when we've needed them. Family-oriented environment. Would highly recommend."

"I looked a lot of places before I moved here and they were dirty, smelled and garage was piled outside. I've been at Baron's Gate for over 10 years. Its clean, the buildings and the grounds are well maintained. Never had an issue with maintenance or the office personal they are always quick to remedy any problems."

"I've been a tenant for several years and I have no complaints. The grounds are clean and well maintained. The apartments are spacious, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with full size washer and dryer in the unit. The complex is family friendly, centrally located to 2 NJ Transit stations (Avenel & Woodbridge) and 2 malls and supermarket, gyms, parks, etc. The maintenance staff is great. Any work orders are handled in a timely manner. All buildings have new roofs, balconies (for those that have) and the pool and surrounding area has been completely re-done at the end of last season and ample (free) parking). Landscapers on premises weekly, snow plowing and shoveling as soon as a storm arrives."
