"The Gramercy is a well maintained apartment that is in a good location. Pros: clean, well lit, good location (NJ transit a step away). Con: the noise at night from dance studio below. I'm not sure of the agreement in place but it's a struggle when you hear the music bumping at 10PM, 10:30PM at night on a weeknight when you're trying to rest. I'm only a frequent guest at this apartment complex but I'm sure all tenants living above the studio would agree with that point. If the dance studio can turn off the audio at a reasonable time, I'd be willing to change my rating."
