"Service is TERRIBLE!!! the ghetto. The parking lot is always full with cars that don’t belong to the dr office. The wait time is over 2hrs. Where are you getting these nursing assistants from. I’m talking about some of these ladies smell like nothing but smoke. They don’t put on gloves when accessing the sick kids. I mean they speak unprofessional. I’m not your friend I’m here to get my child assessed. I’m truly disgusted by this place. I dealt with them because I’m trying to support people that look like us and our community but it’s deplorable. I mean how do you have newborns waiting for hours to be seen. I just called it says hours for today are 8am-8pm however I called and it says the office is currently closed. I will be switching providers. It’s no way an office can be ran this poorly."

"Very disappointed with wait time. Not the place for parents of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Lighting in rooms is horrible. Fluorescent, very harsh, not appropriate when having to wait to be seen for over an hour! This visit caused my family enormous stress. After my son being unable to hold down food for three days they sent us away with nothing to help him!! We will be changing doctors. RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE: You didn’t address that you sent us home with no prescription for help. My son’s vomiting continued! He was very sick. The new doctor at this office is incompetent, end of story!"

"I’ve been with foundation pediatrics for about a year and half maybe longer. Always a great visit. Great customer service. Punctual service. Always informative. Can’t see myself finding a new doctor office. Wonderful staff, and it smells good & it’s so clean. Definitely recommend. They’re the best staff I’ve ever encountered."

"No one ever picks up the phone. This is the first doctors office I’ve encountered, that never picks up the phone. They blame the pandemic but how long can you keep using that same excuse? Receptionists are not friendly. Only friendly person here is the NP!! I would not recommend. What did expect though it is EAST ORANGE"
