"you guys were my last hope in seeing my wife you were the last step for getting her over here to Germany. She had an appointment with you guys on valentines day but every one got magically sick and you re-scheduled her for a new appointment and never told her till the day off when she showed up. she showed up for the next appointment that you gave her granted she was 15 min late and you tell her that the doc was on a conference call and could not see her even thought as my wife was walking up the front desk and the doc was just chating it up when she walked in. then you tell my wife that you would call for an appointment time for Friday and never did. Then you close her case with out her knowing. and all that had to be done was to sign some papers saying she was okay. thanks allot for me not being able to see my wife i haven't seen in over a year.
