"I have lived here for about 2 years now and I never really had any issues. An issue came up about a week ago but Ricky, the head superintendent, and his crew worked really hard and efficiently to fix and get the problem solved. I appreciate them so much! They were so nice and you can tell they really care about the tenants. I hope I do not have another issue, but i know if I do, it will be taken care of in a timely manner! The main office is also very helpful and kind!"

"This is a very nice and quiet apartment complex! I lived in a one bedroom before and now upgraded to a two bedroom.(Pictures are from one bedroom, I didn't get a chance to fully unpack/decorate the two bedroom apartment yet - but the dining area and kitchen are MUCH bigger in the two bedroom apartment, which is great!) The apartment is very spacious with lots of closet space, balcony, central air. Honestly, for the price it's a steal deal!! All the highways are close and easily accessible, which is great for commuting to work. There's a running/bike path in the back of the apartments that goes all the way to the park, which is awesome if you like to take walks/go for bike rides. Some people mentioned something about bad neighbors...honestly you can get those at ANY apartment complex. So I wouldn't even listen to that. I never had any problems with my neighbors and I moved buildings when I upgraded to a larger apartment. The maintenance is great here. At one point my dishwasher seemed to not work properly, I put in a ticket for it and the next day they replaced it with a new one!! Overall it's a great place to live!! Definitely giving it 5 stars."
