"Don’t believe the negativity you hear. I have lived here since 2011. The previous superintendent left a lot to be desired but the new super is FANTASTIC! Very caring and attentive. Really makes a point to ensure the tenants are satisfied. Several of the tenants that have left and give bad reviews I know personally were trouble tenants and quite frankly I’m happy they have moved on. The owner really makes it a point to keep GOOD people living here."

"Love living here. I have been here since September 1, 2017 and I have nothing but good things to say about this place. When we moved in the apartment was clean and freshly painted. Carpets had been shampooed. The rooms are spacious. The superintendent is amazing and extremely helpful. Whenever I have had any questions or issues he has responded and helped out right away. The owner Len, has been nothing but nice since we moved in. All of the neighbors I have met are fantastic and pleasant to speak with. The location right by the major highways has been extremely convenient for when my husband and I travel. I look forward to living here for many years."

"I'm looking for an apartment to rent for me & my dog - I never lived here I was looking at apt listings and ALMOST applied for an apt here until I read the reviews ..... I just want to say "THANK YOU" to the people who left a review. Especially the ones who gave DETAILS. I ABSOLUTELY HATE HATE HATEEEEE (!!!) GREEDY HEARTLESS & NEGLIGENT SCUMBAG LANDLORDS LIKE THIS ONE SEEMS TO BE, all they care about is MONEY MONEY MONEY - a tenant could be totally bringing the value of this property DOWN but LANDLORDS LIKE THIS ONE WILL NOT CARE, as long as they are collecting RENT. GREEDY SONOFABITCH, I will NOT be applying for any rentals on THIS property!!!"

"It was OK but the walls are as thin as paper . neighbors are nice but some are nosey . landlord is so mean kicked my family out , we just packed In time made it out a week later though . PLEASE don't live here not a nice place live ."

"these are my opinions below based on my own personal experience and personal perceptions with this property, i'm not recommending anyone either rent or not rent at this location. i had, in my opinion, a negative experience and i'd simply like to share it with others owner is cutthroat and does not care about you. my wife complained to him personally about some new neighbors smoking in the common area all day every day, next to our back door and windows. they smoked so heavily the smell and smoke would seep into our apartment. my wife was concerned about our newborn baby being exposed to the smoke, but his response was, I'm paraphrasing, "those are the type of people that rent an apartment for 20 years, and there's nothing legally i can do". he will not care about you, in the lease it's specifically addressed that you have a loose contract with other tenants but the landlord is not responsible for the actions of other tenants - and he will not bother with your complaints about neighbors he's not going to rattle a potential "good customer" that will pay rent. we ended our lease 3 months early, he asked us to move out by a certain date so he could prepare apartment for next tenant. he charged me for rent the two days the apartment was vacant while he cleaned the place and prepared for next tenant. And he charged us 400 re rental fee to break the lease early we only moved out three months early and he had another tenant lined up! then he charged us 175 dollars for his super to snake the tub, and called it a plumbing fee! he took 660 dollars from our security deposit to move out early. this dude will not break the lease without charging you, he will not work with you unless it benefits him. he will charge you for rent until the end of the lease if the apartment isnt occupied with a new tenant. he even expects you to keep the utility account and the heat on! consider your situation carefully you'll be expected to pay if you break the lease. he charged is 600 dollars to have dogs in the apartment, the above "plumbing fee" was for dog hair in the tub! why did i already pay you 600 for the dogs! we never bathed the dogs in the tub! about 5 dollars per load of laundry, to both wash and dry! this guys rakes you for everything he possibly can! invest in a drying rack and portable washing machine but hide when you think the landlord might show up he'll charge you 50 bucks a month for a portable machine according to the lease. (he'd fall out of chair reading this if he knew how long we had a portable washer) very noisy being next to the turnpike sound wall, especially in the summertime with loud bike traffic. terrible! parking is always an issue! you only get one spot and are only supposed to have two cars. people own multiple cars and visitors taking up spots is a nightmare. snow is a real problem there's nowhere to put it and the plow buries your car. rent is cheap and he allows dogs unlike other complexes thus attracting the trashiest people you'll ever see, terrible! constantly smelled marijuana smoke while outside my apartment, and we'd even smell it inside the apartment! we complained to the owner by email he didn't bother responding the apartment is outdated, kitchen and bathroom outdated nothing's been upgraded, awful! the carpet was old and musty. the hot water heater flooded twice and the wet carpet created an absolutely awful stench in the apartment the walls are so thin at this place the neighbors upstairs would make so much noise just by simply walking around! awful! woke up my newborn son multiple times."
