"If I could give it negative ratings I would. I’ve lived here 6 years …you might think “ just move out” but unfortunately with the economy the way it is and 2 BR being over 2k a month and people not affording the cost of basic living… we’re stuck here . However, what I can do is warn anyone considering moving here. Prior to COVID it wasn’t the worst place in the world , we maybe saw 2-3 roaches in 3 years and the place for the most part was ok. After 2020 is when it all went south ,I think from everyone being home/working from home now . Every building is infested with bug and roaches and mice, their droppings everywhere. Maintenance literally only comes and puts out regular traps and don’t follow up. My husband I covered every hole and vent, they still get in no matter how clean you are.If you work full time forget it, you want them to fix a problem they want you to be home or leave a key at the office but you’d have to leave work early or go in late to meet the hours they’re open because they won’t let you leave keys under the mat or go in without you there even with your permission .This makes it so hard to get someone to come out if you don’t have someone living with you that stays home. I have a crack in my wall that leaks water when it rains heavy and they blamed the people upstairs watering their plants and never fixed it. My shower faucet broke and was unusable, they tried to blame my husband and charge us for the part to fix it and it wasn’t a priority for them because I I had to keep calling about it. Unless you have nowhere else to go since this is one of the cheaper places , DONT DO IT ! It’s cheap for a reason"

"Management is horrible and useless. I paid my rent and usps misplaced my money order and the management kept on adding late fee to my rent meanwhile I have been making payment on-time. So oneday I kept my money order receipt and the management sent a letter for late fee payment so I checked my receipt and I made the payment promptly so I Informed management about the issue and lady called Michelle was rude and they were not willing to accept my receipt so then I realized they have been ripping me off all this while and they were not willing to reimburse me all the late fee they charged because I rectified they were ripping me off.They don’t have portal to pay for rent and when you need their service for your apartment it takes forever for them to come."

"Absolutely horrible!!!!!! Roaches never ending. Horrible neighbors slamming their doors all day and night. Maintainance does not come . The ditzy blonde woman in the office is clueless and forgetful. Stay away from this dump"

"Black mold in the built in air conditioners. Roaches, mice, a super with a huge ego and if your apartment is not clean to his standards he harasses you by banging on your door loud and hard in the early hours admitted himself verbatim “to wake you up”. (By law you need 24 hour notice for a super to bang on your door like a psycho) You are charged 180. Nothing gets taken care of, doorbells don’t work. BLACK MOLD IN AIR CONDITIONING UNITS that look like they are from 1990. Did a black mold test and have proof. The higher ups who don’t know what goes on here should be ashamed of themselves but you can’t seem to get a hold of them either. Good luck. This place needs to be sued. Michelle won’t help you either. Look at all the other reviews it’s ashame."
