"I moved in October 27, 2023--a brand new apartment. On that same day, I noticed there was standing water in the washing machine that would not drain out, and two window screens were missing and/or damaged. Later that evening, I notice the primary shower had very little water pressure. I notified maintenance to let them know what was going on. I also emailed the leasing agent, property manager, assistant property manager and have heard nothing. They eventually sent someone on November 9th to make the repairs. The maintenance man said the combo washing machine/dryer was not in stock and would be delivered the following week. It finally arrived on November 14th. This whole situation is totally unacceptable and could have been avoided. Going forward, management should ensure everything is in working order prior to the tenant taking possession. So potential tenant, please inspect and make sure everything is in working order prior to moving in. On a positive note, I really love the apartment. The jury is still out regarding management and maintenance."
