"I moved here a little over a month ago and I truly had the best experience. First, Keila is amazing. She took her time to show me the entire building and how everything such as deliveries would work if I decided on this location. She has a warm and genuine vibe and it seems like she's leasing apartments because she likes them, not because "its her job" like other leasing agents did. Other agents didnt even pay attention to me. Maintenance is amazing too! I always receive a response within 24 hours of my concerns. I spoke with both of them about some stubborn ants in my building and they both made sure to tackle the issue immediately. The morning that the exterminator came, she called me personally to assure that they were ready to tackle the issue and Jason showed up within 5 minutes with the exterminator. Anything I've needed since being here, they have both been amazing. My building really feels like a home and Im so happy to have moved here!"

I received fast responses via email. The building is well kept and clean. I lived in another luxury apartment community closer to the city, ended up moving due to poor management.
