"All of the one star reviews are warranted. We all have experienced issues with plumbing, the washer & dryers being out of service, hot water issues, brown water, stolen packages, terrible management, ect. We’ve voiced our concerns, but these issues are still happening & have been for some time. My advice - save your time & money. These buildings are terrible. Zero faith that any changes will be made."

"Update 12/18/23: I tried calling the number listed below but it does not go through. Not surprised, it is impossible to reach anyone by phone. All the recent 5 star reviews are fake and are only positive because residents received an incentive to write a 5 star review. Stay away! This building and management is a nightmare. No hot water for over 2 months in the entire building, discolored water. Management never responds and takes them years literally to fix issues if they fix them at all. There is no ventilation in the building hallways or elevators- it feels like an oven in the summer."

"It was a wonderful experience to collaborate with Jenny today in their buildings event. Hopefully everyone who joined us today had a great experience, we definitely had a great time!"

"I've been here 3 years. Nice place to live but not great management. The laundry rooms are a mess. Over half the washing machines are usually broken. For a month half the dryers were broken. They have a fitness center and amenities but good luck getting access. They only let you in with an app that you set up in the office on Thursdays 2-3pm. They will randomly cancel these times with only written notice in the window. Lights are out in a lot of places. Stairwell doors don't seal properly. The exhaust fans are not maintained."

"We loved Roosevelt Island and the apartment layout was great, but the building management was a nightmare. We dealt with literally more than a dozen needed repairs in less than 2 years. We had our door kicked in by firefighters after a fire above us and took the building 2 weeks to replace our door with one that could lock. The list of issues could go on, but take this as a warning that if you’re told to ignore warnings like this as they have new management, that’s just not true. Last tip for anyone there, hold your last month’s rent as no one seems to get their security deposit back."
