"The apartments OK! they don’t check your credit which is a good thing, safe area , affordable! but if you have a problem you can’t rely on Maintenance because all they care about is cleaning the outside of the apartment if you have a maintenance issue they’ll just come whenever they feel like it Or they won’t come at all and no emergency maintenance only from 7:30 -4:00 that’s it after that or before that they don’t answer the phone!"

"We've been here over 2 years. The apartments are very old and everything is over painted lol. I had a weird run in with maintenance but we are good now. I've dealt with the management company and have only good things to say about that. It's all in your attitude. They don't do credit checks, only background checks which is why these apartments fill fast. We like living here. Def get a second floor apartment or you'll hear so much noise from the upstairs apartment. Recently our kitchen sink backed up, I called maintenance and they were there the next morning and took care of it. If you dont like it here, move out. Heat and hot water are included in the rent. We often have the windows cracked open in the winter as it gets too warm. They don't allow dogs, unfortunate. It's nice having all wood floors as well. We enjoy all of our neighbors."

"Nice neighborhood, limited parking but there is paid garage about $ 90 a month. Average rent for one bed room is $ 950 to 1050. The apartment is large but old built and if you live first floor prepare to hear a lot of footsteps on old wooden floors . The place/location is very attractive near to a train station 16 minutes light walk, near to 2 malls, near to a wonderful park, Roosevelt park, near to downtown Metuchen with variety of small shops, walmart/costco is about 7-10 minutes by car. management needs lot of improvement and the current (May 2017) super and his team needs even more improvement. Unfortunately super and management are very rude and they are getting even worse . In general it's safe neighborhood and it depends on where your apartment is (out of about 400 apartments) you may have a noisy or smoking neighbor which means you will be deprived from opening the windows."
