Management and the property owner do little to nothing to help you out if something goes wrong with the apartment. Anderson and David are the most dishonest and sketchy people to deal with. If your looking to move in the area LOOK ELSEWHERE"
"Moved in this apartment complex 3 years ago, in the beginning it all went well! But after time I’d began to have issue with not only the apartment it’s self but with management. The whole building complex is old and everything in it as well. From electrical, to plumbing, you name it! When management is notified they do little to nothing and when the did fix an issue they put the blame on you and try to get money from your pockets! I would not suggest this complex by any means!"

"I live in an apartment at Metuchen Manor for over a year now, I love it here the apartments are beautiful and most of my neighbors are so nice and everyone gets along. We all try to help each other out when needed. The owner and the building manager are two of the greatest guys, they are nice and easy to get along with. The apartments are clean and beautiful. I love living here."
