"I moved out of this building in May. It took over 4 weeks to receive my security deposit check, after which the check bounced. I have contacted Prospect Management multiple times however they refuse to call me to discuss or reply to my emails. This review deserves negative stars."

We love the building and its staff, and have utilized both the roof top and resident lounge to host some terrific events- including birthdays, an engagement party, and most recently a gender reveal! If you're looking for a luxury, lifestyle building with quick access to the west side and trains (7, A, C, E, Penn) look no further."
"Been living here since 2018. A really great building with friendly staffs and great amenities. The apartment itself has a dish-washing machine, laundry machine and dry-cleaning machine, which includes nearly all I need for my daily life. Besides, the building has a great location near Hudson Yards, with a Chase Bank and grocery places including Brooklyn Fare just around the corner. I heard that there will also be a Whole Food market opening nearby in months. A building with great values, highly recommended."
"Amazing new rental apartment building with great doormen, friendly management, and beautiful rooms. I love the all-white finishes, cabinets, and counters. Lovely rooftop with large dining area almost always empty. 445 is an incredible value (I lived here in 2018, 2019, and 2020). Totally recommend this building."
