"Customer service is absolutely atrocious and zero desire to do right by their customers. I placed an order for a MTO jacket, but they never got my input on what size I actually wanted. They went ahead with production and shipped me a jacket that doesn't fit. When I reached out to their customer service address, it took weeks and multiple pings to get a response, and their stance is no returns or exchanges despite it being their error. Told me that since the jacket doesn't fit I should go sell it which at the very least is practical advice I guess."
