"Worst lulu experience I have ever had. I was here yesterday VERY excitingly trying on the new running sneakers. During my checkout I asked the person helping me if there was a discount since I was buying a floor model of the shoe (very common thing at other shoe stores I’ve shopped at). The employee said “that is a great question actually let me check on that for you”. I thanked him and he asked his manger (next to him on the checkout counter) and instead of saying a simple or professional “no” he instead screeched out a “ummmm no….” And then proceeded to scoff as many times as he could and turn to the two people he was checking out to laugh about it and make comments like “who would ask something like that” and “is she kidding me”. I stood there feeling horrible while I swiped my card and the person helping me apologized for his managers behavior. (I feel bad the employees there have to work under such “leaders”). Such a shame to continue seeing lulu employing such awful miserable people. If you ever end up reading this manager, I hope you find the love in your heart and your life to help you become a more considerate and compassionate human. At the end of all of it, weather your wearing lulu leggings or Costco leggings, we’re all just people under the clothes. Treat others how you would want to be treated."

"Bad customer experience. I placed order online for a pair of yoga pants to be picked up in store. I got a message today stating the item has already been picked up!! I tried to call Lululemon as well as the store directly and no one was able to help me with the matter. I left multiple voicemails and they never got back to me. It is upsetting how a store that sells yoga pants for over $100 dollars treats their customers so poorly. I would leave a zero star if I could."

"This is a typical Lululemon store with a good selection of athleisure for women and men. While the selections are good, the black Friday discounted items are far and few in between. It felt like the company gave the black Friday event as a second thought. Other than that, this is a good store for those that.likes to pay regular prices."

"Just There to purchase something There. was a young girl working there and I touched her bag by mistake and she Boldly. told me don't touch me she was very. Rude and I didn't like it and she made me feel a certain way. I am a mom and I'm an elder lady. I wasn't touching her in any way I was just pointing out her bag. I would not be going to that store again teach that girl some manners."
