"Had a poor experience with Mariah who unnecessarily directed me to a line away from the register even though the line was empty. She had me move around the store even though the original place I was standing was where I was directed to go immediately after. One of her colleagues didn’t know her name because she’s new. I didn’t like Mariah’s tone and controlling attitude which soured the otherwise satisfying shopping experience I had with Jack and 3 other positive employees. I felt very unwelcome by the end of the experience. Jack said he would talk to her after I left. I still checked out with the 2 items I came to purchase. Poorly managed with no one at registers / many people on the floor."
