"I have been living at this apartment since 4 years. I see that everything including the management and maintenance drastically going down. There is always dog poop everywhere. I complaint many times via email but haven’t got a single timely response from management. That means they are “NOT TAKING THE ISSUES SERIOUS AND INTO CONSIDERATION”. They charge hefty rent and apart from that they charge for amenities fees ( lounge if you need have to pay extra couple of $100’s). They charge $95/month for parking and the most dissatisfying is that they do not have enough spots to allocate for each tenant. There are many residents who are looking for parking spots but it’s a long waiting list. So the question is where would the resident, despite paying hefty rent park their cars???? It’s been a serious question and I know that management would respond to this post very nicely. But want to know being a resident what steps you are taking to provide the parking facility to the residents? Also requesting other residents who so ever facing problems should write down the review, help management to open their eyes. I would appreciate your response to this post for the steps taken for sorting out parking issues, rather than responding and asking me to reach out to management and discuss for sorting this issues. As I have reached out to management several times but things are still the same and no change."
"Edited: last year when we moved in here, the fire alarm rang 12-13 times within a week especially during the weekends or after midnights. We have been here more than a year now. Just had a water leak today after the rain. No way this feels like anything close to luxury or even a decent living. Fyi, we live on the 2nd floor, cant imagine people living on higher floors."
"Don’t believe the reviews, most reviews are from management or they bribed people with liquor to leave positive reviews. Fire alarms going off all times of the day and night, I can’t wait to get out of this place, walls are paper thin you can hear everything, things always break, cheap appliances and materials used in this building, also if you car gets hit in the parking lot cameras don’t work, I don’t think any of the cameras in the building work, raising rent constantly just because they are taking advantage of the market, nothing but problems here you move here you will be miserable"
"I have been a resident at the Winston for almost 5 years. The maintenance staff are all friendly and very helpful. I will say the new property manager Karolina is great and goes beyond to help. I was reading a few of the reviews and most of them mention the fire alarm. I will admit in the past there was an issue with the fire alarm but this issue has since been resolved. I have no complaints in regards to the property. I have enjoyed being a Lyndhurst Resident."
"Please do not move here. I lived here for two years and had an extremely poor experience. There is a constant fire alarm malfunctioning issue that has been going on for over a year. The alarm starts going off at random times of the day, sometimes in the middle of night. Management has done nothing to resolve this issue. It was almost impossible to live with the constant fire alarm noise. Regional Manager is an extremely rude, threatening and unprofessional person. She does not care about the residents and try to steal as much money from them as possible. The apartments are built with cheap material and things break all the time. There are dog remains everywhere with no proper cleaning. Packages in the mail room get lost all the time. The management office is not maintaining the amenities, kids playroom has no toys, half of the gym equipment stays broken. They charge high rent with no real facilities. And when you leave, they will try to eat your deposit as well."
