"Just move in and no problems! They are renovating all the buildings, everything works properly. Amazing covered garage. And I can’t barely hear any noise from the other apartments"

"This place is filled with smoke and mirrors. It's completely gone downhill in the last 2 years. The will raise your rent every year. Tries to market itself as "luxury" but the clientele is far from that. People park in no parking all around the building all the time without getting towed. People let their pets relieve themselves in the hallways and the garage. The pool "security" in the summer is a joke. It becomes a town pool every summer with no enforcement of guest limits. People vape including the office staff in/around the pool with no enforcement. People smoke in the garages all the time even though its a "no smoking" building. Same goes for the firepits and grills. Forget about your packages. They get stolen all the time. It's not even worth getting them delivered to the building especially on the weekends when the office staff is not even there on Sundays and packages sit in the front door entranceway where anyone can come and grab them. Stay far away. For the rent they charge, you can have your pick of other buildings in the nearby area that's not in an industrial park and marshland around."

"We have had issues since the literal day we moved in. First off, there was an issue with our assigned parking being the tenants before us switched spaces with another tenant so the office were confused on that. They then tried to get a pet deposit from us after moving in as they didn’t realize we had a pet even though it was on our application (clearly they didn’t thoroughly check our application). We had to get that sorted out by getting our lawyer involved. Then we began seeing roaches in our bathrooms randomly and upon asking when the exterminator we weren’t given a straight answer as to when they would come until I began asking more questions and was told he comes every other week and a time frame of when he’s in the buildings. I have also had packages stolen. The leasing office is most definitely always giving the run around one way or another and calling the office they never answer or take forever to call back. They never have a straight forward answer and sound unsure of the answers they give you. This place as been by far the worst place I have ever lived!! You think you’re getting luxury as your are paying a lot of money in rent and for amenities. This place is a joke. We moved out the end of June ‘23 and I’m STILL WAITING for my return of deposit because they keep sending it to the WRONG ADDRESS ! Even though when I returned the keys and parking pass the address they had in file was correct!"

"I have been working with this property and their management team for over a year now and EVERYONE here is AMAZING. Super polite, professional, and all around great with communication. Eric and Nick are a ABSOLUTE delight to speak with and make sure all concerns are addressed and taken care of! If you want a place that cares about the people, Sofi Lyndhurst is definitely the place to go!"

"I'm in my second year of contract and I deeply regret having renewed. The first year was good, but this second year is HORRIBLE. There's nothing about a luxury building, the walls are scratched, the corridors don't have any maintenance and cleaning. I've noticed more and more rude residents, dog feces scattered around the garage. If you are looking for a place with polite, clean and upscale people, this place is definitely NOT Sofi, unfortunately."
