"Had a tour at this place last week and absolutely loved it! I toured the building with Peter, super nice and knowledgeable guy. It was clean, had beautiful layouts, and spacious. I loved the high ceilings and finishes in the apartment. Hopefully something opens up soon!"

"Location of the apartment is great. But this new apartment has some issues with AC/Heater airflow leaks to windows and end up paying around $400 during winter for two beds. Hot during summer cold during winter. Landlord is communicative in the beginning but they will try to charge you for deposit deduction aggressively when you move out without providing reasonable proofs."

"These units are basically brand new and well maintained. The units are very very spacious as well. They are located in a great location, very close to the city for those that need to commute. The landlords are easy to deal with and responsive. Overall a great place to live!"

"I have been touring a few apartment buildings in Bergen county, and stumbled upon the Gabriel. I saw the reviews and decided to take a visit, and I understand why they are fully occupied. The 2 bedroom apartment I looked at was amazing size and had a very modern and sleek layout. I took my tour with Peter, and he explained to me everything the unit and the building has to offer. Very professional and nice managers. Building was very clean when I visited on my tour, and the units seem very reasonably priced. Definitely at the top of my list so far, and currently waiting for a unit to open up."

"I was moving across the country from California. Without being here to secure a lease- the hunt alone was daunting. Property managers were not responsive, horrendous reviews on some of the places, and the list goes on. Then, we found Peter (the property manager) at the Gabriel and the hunt was over. Peter is not only kind, he went above and beyond for us. He was even more reliable than my relatives because we needed help before we got to New Jersey (driving across the country in a RV with two small children). If you’re looking for an affordable, easy commute to the city, great access to highways, a clean, new developed apartment WITH EXTRAORDINARY MANAGEMENT— this place is for you. I never write reviews but I had to for this place!"
