"If I could give this place no stars I would !! I live here now , this place is infested with roaches ! I have been here for 3 years the two suppers charge for everything , to fix a door ,to do anything you need done . The two suppers have the worst attitude in the world . The supers here walk around like they patrol but when it comes to fixing the smallest thing it’s an issue. I asked him to fix my door he tells me it’s 80$ to change a screen it’s 100 $ landlord wants to come every time you need something fixed along with whoever he os bringing to fix it , he will walk around trying to look into rooms ,open the fridge he will do everything but fix what needs to be fixed . I’m here with a one month old with a roach infested place ,door broken , no screens on half the windows ,clogged sink toilet that won’t flush anything ."

"There is no management here. The super gets mad every time you call him to ask something and the office never picks up the phone. I left voicemails, and they never respond. I asked the super when the exterminator is coming, and he asked me why I needed an exterminator, I told him because there are flies and spiders in my apartment, so he got upset and told me I should just buy a house."

"Do not rent here! Landlord will tell you that there's lot of parking, that's not true! you never find parking after 5pm, especially on Fridays and Weekends. Neighbor expect you not to even watch TV, because it bothers them."
