I’ve had a better experience at the soho location so I decided to leave and will get what I need at the soho location tomorrow."

"I came here to buy some workout clothes and was instead left with a feeling that I was racially profiled. The customer service I received when I walked into the store was that I was not welcomed. I left the store wondering if I shouldn't have worn my hoodie or broken headphones. I spent $120 at the store but returned the clothes because of my poor treatment. Do not spend your money here!! Do not shop here if you are a POC! Never coming back to this location again!"

"Where can I begin? I had never been to or purchased any Lululemon in my entire life. I had my very first experience back in August 2023 and walked in to this lovely location. Gerson, Christina, and Alyssa went above and beyond not only to help me, answer any and every question, but made me feel extremely welcomed. I felt like I was at home with my best friends trying out new outfits for our next outing. Being complete stranger to the brand it was great to see such knowledgeable and caring employees enjoying what they do. Not only did they help me, but made me become a genuine fan of the brand. Next time I am in need of some shopping, I know exactly where i will go. Thank you guys!"
