"About a year and a half ago, I walked into the leasing office to ask if I could quickly glance at the amenities for five minutes before applying online. Despite there being two leasing staff members chatting, they declined my request. This year, I finally managed to schedule a tour. However, even after a full week, no one has sent me information about available apartments, nor has anyone replied to my emails. Very interesting. I’m glad the leasing team has inadvertently shown how terrible the management is here."

"Management of the building is terrible!! They try to charge you whenever there is a chance, even for changing a light bulb at it’s lifetime from wear and tear, which should already be part of rent. I’ve never heard any building charge for that. So to me they advertise as luxury apartments and charge you premium rent but not provide the premium service at all. Doorman changes every 2 month, so naturally some of them incredibly unreliable. Once, I have to go downstairs four time a night just to track down the doorman for a package since he basically weren’t there for the whole night."

"We toured 330 Angelo Cifelli and found the perfect apartment for us. The building has the best amenities and we have only great things to say about Jocelyn from the leasing office! She was incredibly helpful, answered all our queries and recommended the unit that met all that we were looking for. Unfortunately, we could not complete the move-in after applying due to personal reasons and Jocelyn was very accommodating. Highly recommend the Harrison Collection to anyone looking to move!"

"This is my first month anniversary and I can definitely say that I’m loving my apartment! The management and maintenance is super quick and helpful if you need any assistance. They are all very nice and professional people, including staff and security! The pool and other common areas are kept very clean which is highly important to me. The location is also very convenient to commute, PATH is literally in walking distance! I am so far happy to be a resident at Harrison Collection! Two thumbs up."
