The realtor called Abe ask 15% of the brokers fee for 2 month and for the monthly rent. He was even asking me to give him an early deposit. Like seriously?? Apartment is 3033 Wallace Ave and the apartment is not even that pretty. The corner of the floor is rotten, the windows are broken and one of the locks of the window is broken, there a hole under the kitchen sink and when I told him that I wont give him the money until he fixes those issues cause the moment i give him my deposit, he wont fix anything at all and when he says that he will, he didn't wanted to do it in writing that he will surely fix everything. He kept insisting I give him an early deposit and that if I don't then the apartment will be back up for rent. Excuse me? Were you pressuring me? Screw you man. Put it up in rent that place was not worth the spend at all. I was going to fork out 6k for everything because of that guy. I asked him a copy of the lease before signing it so I can be sure that what I am signing is nothing bad. He didn't answer my calls, didn't wanted to respond to my emails and he put the apartment up for rent again. DO NOT TRUST FINDERS.NYC! They are nothing but of leeches!"
