"My husband and I have been living here for 5 months and we already have some problems... the office never answers calls, our parking is in other side of building from our apartment . we have been trying to get a closer parking spot since got here .. They said when they have a parking lot nearby they will let us know …neighbors next door who just moved in . Got a parking lot in front of us.. unfair!! .. BEWARE — the big disgusting problem here is ROACHES … exterminator useless after two days the came out again… ive been trying a lot roaches killer nothing work!!!! Desperate to ge out of here.."

"Roaches are a big problem here. The exterminator is useless, they ask you where to spray but the complex needs a deep extermination."

"This place is horrible.. The rent is too high for what they are. Luxury apartments they are not and I know at least 3 other tenants complaining about roaches. I've have repairs that I asked for back in January that still aren't done. The people that own this place are borderline slumlords in my opinion. Desperately trying to find another place to live.. Can't wait to het out of here!!! Update: I would take away the one star if I could. Repeated calls to the front office to get anything accomplished have gone un answered and no one is ever actually in the office that I've ever seen but somehow they also make sure to collect our rent checks. More people complaining about roaches and still no one answers the office phone so we can schedule an exterminator."
