"I lived at 777 for a year and it was my first NYC apartment. It was an awesome place to live and has a very central location, nice building, and excellent staff. The staff has always been very friendly and helpful and is one of the best parts about living at 777 6th ave. One of my first interactions was Pedro helping me with my move in, which was SO nice. Followed by the excellent doormen, and finally upon leaving Sanel helped me on his day off. 10/10"

"We have lived here for almost 3 years now. The units are so nice and well maintained. The views are stunning- with huge floor to ceiling windows you can see the sunrise, sunset, and catch the nightly changing colors of the Empire State Building. However what is most notable about 777, is the staff. They are the reason we stay year after year despite rent prices being insane. We feel safe here which is really important with a baby. The team here is personable, caring, and feel like family. We know everyone’s names and they know ours. Maintenance issues are always resolved quickly. They really hire quality people. Special shout out to Juan at the front desk who goes above and beyond handling *hundreds* of heavy packages each day all while maintaining a personal relationship with each tenant. He is outstanding!"

"We had such a hard time finding an apartment from out of state. Not only were my boyfriend and I from out of state moving to NYC or our jobs, but we have a Golden Retriever. 777 was so welcoming and is dog friendly (no weight restriction)! It's a short walk to Madison Square park that has a massive dog run and our dog loves it. We also absolutely love living here and it's so convenient to anything you need (Target, Home Depot, TJ Maxx/Marshalls, Traders Joes/lots of other grocery stores, and easy kind of restaurant or street food you could imagine)! The building has great amenities (gym, laundry, dry cleaning, alterations, terrace, top deck, work/media room). Not only does the building have great amenities, but the people that work here are very kind. Zeika and Juan made our move in so east. Juan is always so nice and greets you at the front door everyday! They provided carts to help us move in all our boxes and large packages. Zeika helped us sign our lease and get us a virtual tour because we were out of state. All and all this is amazing place to call home - especially for your pups!"
