"BE AWARE THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR “NET EFFECTIVE RENT.” If you are thinking about moving here for the free months rent and “net effective” rate be aware that the building owner does not honor this. They are unwilling to adjust the free months to make the net effective actually work for all months of the lease. You will end up paying FULL RENT for multiple months with no option to execute an addendum to your lease to fix the simple mistake. Management is absolutely abysmal and does not care."

"Been living here for 6 months, the leasing agents and front desk people here have all been pleasant and easy to work with. The building is also quite clean despite this being such large property and tenants with dogs. I must say that I do see them putting in effort to maintain the building. I have a studio that I feel is priced competitively compared to some other options I looked at prior to moving here. The amenity spaces are good. I do wish there was a shuttle service but the path station isn't that far. Management has been okay thus far."

"I thought long about what I could write here. Most of the experience here is positive. Anything you need to have repaired gets done pretty quickly if you input a service ticket. Most of the front desk staff are super awesome. The management company needs to work on their communication and overall strategy of running a luxury apartment. For one don't close the rooftop, or any in building amenity (Gym/lounge). Other than that I had a magnificent stay for the 19 months I did and could not have been more happy about the apartment and views of NYC you got with the apartment. Also cannot stress this enough. Having the concierge handle your mail and you never having to worry about it might be my favorite thing. Gonna miss you 55!"
