"ROBBED while living in this building. The building made it EXTREMELY difficult to work with the NYPD because they saw on the video that another tenant committed the crime (Felony- 2nd degree burglary). Instead of working with the NYPD, they entered our apartment and completely destroyed the crime scene. The other tenant still lives in the building so future tenants BEWARE! He hopped on to our balcony and broke through the door and started taking whatever he wanted. The building had him on camera entering and exiting our unit and management tried to help the thief instead of assisting us or the NYPD. As of this writing, the building is actually still withholding our security deposit because we are going to litigation. Management will do anything to keep rent checks flowing and has no regard for the health and safety of the tenants. Rent here at your own safety risk!"
