"I am a gold member with Hilton, went to NJ to see my sick mom. I booked a night with my point's the nightly rate was 143.00, checked in around 10:30 pm and checked out the next morning at about 8:15 am. My credit card was on file for misc charges if there was any. I received my credit card statement and I had a charge of 176.29 I called to get a credit because they took 30,000 points for one night. The manager told me I will not get a credit nor will they give me back my points because I had a guest who happens to be my husband. I am very upset about the way they handled this situation. I will not be staying with Hilton if I can help it their customer service gives you the run around."

"My family stayed in a room on and off for a few weeks while we had a family member in the hospital. Everything was great - the booking process, rooms, breakfast, gym, service, etc. One person in particular was especially wonderful - Senaida. She talked to my 2 year old daughter, brought her crayons and a plate to draw on, and was very friendly to my family and me. My daughter gave her a big hug before we left breakfast that day. Thank you Senaida!"

"We had a great stay. Everything was clean and looked nee. The breakfast buffet was especially great. Above average food and great service from Senaida and others. She saw us filling hot water and helped us to fill it faster. We also saw someone taking initiative to help an elderly couple to clear their table. We would definitely come back."

"We loved our stay here. Our family had a few rooms, even though there were a few HIgh School groups here, we did not hear them and the staff prioritize regular guests. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Senaiola Ana was amazing. She interacted with my kids and made sure were were being taken care of. She remembered us each day and continued the conversations from the day before."
