"Worst place I have ever lived. Without question! It is disgusting. The gym is never cleaned. The recycling is rarely taken out and it stinks up the floors. Trash piles up outside the building. They installed weak a/c units, so the electric bills are insane! $300+ a month! And the owner is a thief (not to mention rude and unpleasant to the residents)! She steals from tenants when they move out, taking thousands of dollars from their security deposits for normal "wear and tear." It's illegal! She has already been sued. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DUMP."
"This place is an absolute nightmare. The management is dishonest. The basement and lobby smell like mold. There have been multiple floods over the years. Do not live here. I speak from experience. Oh. And the neighbors surrounding the building hate that this building exists. It's a very unfriendly environment."
