"I love living at Avalon. It is a lovely waterfront community with great amenities such as the swimming pool, the gym, the tennis courts, and the courtyard. Carlos in maintenance is amazing. He is kind, funny, and responsive to all of our needs! Having Carlos and Emmanuel on the maintenance team is literally my favorite thing about apartment living. They are quick to fix any issues and answer any questions. I am giving 4/5 stars because I wish the hallways were vacuumed more frequently and that rent is directly tied to market price, so it is difficult to anticipate rent increases. Overall, I love living here and hope to stay as long as possible."
