"The building is so well maintained, the units are spacious, and the finishes are top of the line. The closets are impressive (especially when moving from Brooklyn) and the amenities are spot on. The complex is also perfectly situated in Paulus Hook with easy access to all mass transportation, awesome restaurants, and tons of places to take the dog for a walk. Despite being in a busy area, we’ve found the units to be well sound proofed from the street noise, while still bringing in welcomed ambient noise. Additionally, the staff couldn’t be friendlier. Specifically, V, who has been an absolute gem of a human. V has been so patient, helpful, and fun to work with throughout the process! As well as Teddy and Roberto, who saved us multiple times on move-in day. They were quick to act, and super responsive."
"I moved in the end of May 2023. It was one of the most smooth moving experience for me in the U.S. The leasing office agents kept us well-informed about the check-in procedure. The concierge staff were very friendly assisting us on the moving-in day. The lifts was busily occupied by the weekend traffic and our arrival just added to the burden. With the prior reservation of the lift service, it minimized the stress of our waiting period. I am looking forward to enjoying my first year living in this well-managed building. Thank you to the excellent management team!"
