"The apartments are affordable, Leo in the leasing office is attentive and answers emails and phone calls quickly to try and help when something is needed. The building could have a bit of better maintenance but overall not bad, and good prices."

"The apartments are affordable you literally get what you pay for. Good location. Tenants and staff are polite and nice. I haven’t had any issues with rodents or insects. And the on site manager (Leo) is always ready to listen to your concerns and try to come up with solutions to help."

"I moved on December of 2022 and honestly my experience has been top of tops I can't complain. The team at Westminister towers is amazing. Everyone that works there are very professional and the amount of knowledge they have at the office is astounding. I can not say enough good things about Leo Quintanilla, very professional always on point, knows what he's doing and very reliable, made the leasing process very simple and easy hes the type you can reach out to and in no time he will always be there and find a way to work around and make things work! The team in general they have, excellent! the super and management team all make this place feel like home. Thank you!"

"I have lived in 1341 North Avenue for approximately seven years and the deterioration under Rushmore Management is beyond believable. The BUILDING is disgustingly FILTHY, in stark contrast to the 801 building where the management office is located. Our porter has no time to clean and maintain the appearance of our building, because the super has him constantly assisting with maintenance repairs. In the 801 building every floor is mopped twice a day, our floors haven't been mopped in close to a year and the carpet in the lobby reeks of dog urine and dog feces; conversely, the 801 building is carpet free. Handprints which are noticeable on the inside doors of the elevator have been there for months, along with the dirt and stickiness on the elevator floor. The garbage in the back of the building spills over the garbage bins, as the porter doesn't address it, he ignores it all. We had a wonderful older porter who worked here for years, but was fired because he would't abide by the demands of the super to do tasks outside his job as a porter. Throughout his time as a porter the building was spotless; he would come every weekend to address the garbage situation on the side of the building and mop the floors every single day. After he was fired, another porter was hired as well, but was also let go for the same reason. Now we have a puppy for a porter who follows the super around all day. If the super needs more help doing his tasks, he needs an assistant, but using the porter to assist the super has left our building dump. My partner and I have decided not to renew our lease, but this is for all those considering renting here, don't do it! Before I forget, this building also had a massive rat infestation. It appears to have gotten better, however, since the building is as disgusting as it is, it's only a matter of time before they reappear."
