Highland Terrace Apartments

"The apartment size is nice but its not worth the headace. The building is poorly made. I was on the second floor I literally heard the people downstairs walking and it would shake the floor. For that price you are better off renting a luxury building. The washer and dryer didnt clean the clothes. Listen go somewhere else. If you get the wrong neighbors you will be wokin up in the morning because of the vibration from people walking in the building. Go to a newer building"

"Lived there for a year in a two bedrooms 1 1/2 bathroom. The place was fully renewed with very nice kitchen. Great area in the middle of everything. We didn't have any problems with security during our stay. Nice gardens and excellent maintenance service available all the time."

"I wanted to write a review for this horrible place for a long time but since I've been really busy I couldn't find the time.. Firstly, I've never been treated so horribly by landlords in my entire life like i've had here in the past three months. when I initially went to look at the apartment the manager put a face on and acted as if he was a straight and honest guy. As soon as i rented the apartment troubles arose one after the other. I've been waiting for 3 months (since signed the lease) to have my broken front door lock replaced, broken kitchen cabinets fixed, heater is not working and no mail box key the entire time.. there is no one to speak with, I've tried to catch him over the phone at least 7 times a week for the past 3 months, Also Ive been visiting the office twice a day and hes never there. He disappeared from the moment I signed the lease!!!!! NOW==>> today (3/28/2012) I GOT MY OWN CAR TOWED AWAY from the visitors parking spot because the workers were unable to find there own parking spots with their gigantic trucks which left me with NO WHERE TO PARK at my own apartment.$280 for towing.. Talked to management and they arent willing to deduct it from the monthly rent even though its their fault and their excuse was "i did not know it is your car so i called the police" ??? really??? PLEASE do not even consider visiting this place I don't want you to become a victim of their negligent staff."
