"The building was very well maintained but in terms of hygiene it is deplorable, the hallways are dirty with garbage, uncleaned hallways, bad smell in the hallway, they do not have enough cameras to see the anomalies of people who use toxic substances and it affects our children. The bicycles are stolen and they are not responsible for the damage, there is no constant maintenance and a lack of security for citizens."
