"Worst property manager one can ask for, never responded to emails and calls for over 2 months regarding Parking assignment in the building. As I vacated the place losing hope, they charged me 450$ as cleaning fee, I already paid for the cleaners and left the apartment squeaky clean. PS: They will charge you 3000$ deposit for a 2000$ apartment and do not expect your deposit to be paid back in full ever."

"We were looking for a quiet and peaceful place. And that it would fulfill some requirements that we needed. Then we met St George. We contacted the manager and she was just very kind to us. She helped us and cleared all our doubts. It's been two months now and we're very happy with our new home."

"So, I don't live in this apartment complex. Yet, I did want to inquire about moving to the place. I no longer have any interest in this place whatsoever. Explain to me why me and my significant other, have called and called, and came by, and called again? We are not from the area. So we are traveling in our own time, and even coming by during leasing office hours. We ring the doorbell, and go through the process to get in. Boom. No response at all! Where is the professionalism? The decency of this place is laughable. But, I'm sure someone will reply and say something cowardly. I'll say this, even though this complex isn't full. If the complex wants to use the excuse, why not give me or my loved one a call and say so? How sad. Oh well, you missed out on qualified tenants. If I was the owner, or investment group, I'd be furious. I have no respect for this place."

"though the supers are very helpful, management is rude, unresponsive, and careless. packages will get stolen, others will park in your assigned parking spot, and still you will get parking tickets for parking in your own spot. No one in management cares at all. do not live here"

"The management is never there. They don't answer the messages or the calls. Today I was outside my apartment for 3 hours waiting my roommate go back home cause I moved recently and received a key that didn't work. Update: Since I moved to the building the elevator is having issues and that's the second time that it's not working for more than 15 days. The management's only concern is receive the rent; they don't worry about provide us a good service."
