"For the second time this week, Francois was able to solve another maintenance issue this week. Last one being the thermostat completely being disabled. But within 5 minutes of posting the issue and 20 seconds of opening the door, he was able to get everything working again and explain to me how this seemingly random issue happened. He always makes sure to answer all my questions. The main reason I choose to live her is this level of exceptional service from the maintenance team Thank you Francois!"

"Such a great complex, with a staff team that host fun community events and treats! It is pricey living, but the response time for any help needed and the modernity of the building is great! Shout out to François from maintenance for basically having to work on my apartment 24/7 after we moved in when we had some water and heat issues. He’s a good one!!!"

Sarah kept in contact with me throughout the entire process from touring units to filling out my application straight through to signing my lease/moving in. After moving in, Sarah went out of her way to treat me with the same kindness and care when quickly stopping by the leasing office to ask another staff member a question. In addition to having a great team member like Sarah, I was very impressed by a member of the maintenance team, Francois. Francois attended to an emergency maintenance request (that ended up not being emergent) and quickly dealt with the issue. Francois showed me kindness and was very professional. Besides these two stellar Avalon employees, every resident I have passed in the hallways and seen in the elevators has been so nice - such a great vibe here!"

"I have been having recurring issues with water leakage on my apartment floors (HVAC drain was clogged) and your maintenance team has been on point making sure it gets resolved in a timely manner. Thank you again to Francois Moise for using a shop vac to clean up the water, after paper towels were no longer able to keep the floor dry efficiently (plus throwing away all the wet paper towels and leaving some extra paper towels on the kitchen counter, it was much appreciated!)"
