"Love Chestnut Village apartments. I was a career firefighter in Ridgewood and know that this building is constructed of concrete and steel, unlike other new apartment buildings in town. Fire-wise it's the safest construction type. Sound wise it is also the best type of construction. I moved from my house on Bellair Rd. So far I am impressed with apartment life after living in a house for the past 36 years. I hear the train noise less now than when I lived on Bellair Rd.
