"By far THE WORST freight company I have ever dealt with!!! Allen, the driver is the rudest human being on earth!!!! People like should be extinguished. We bought a couch and a reception desk that were supposed to be delivered on the second floor and I was always pretty clear with everyone involved that I had to be delivered on the second floor! When this man arrived he was already very rude because I didn’t answer his call, when I told him it was on the second floor he said he wasn’t getting paid for that! I called the store I bought the stuff and the nightmare started. My wife tried to talk to him when he was at his truck, he tried to closed the door on her and threatened to run her over if she didn’t move. My things were delivered at the first floor, I paid random people to help me put them on the second floor when I opened the packages everything was broken, called the company and asked for a refund, they sent me the same driver which I was not surprised, was again very rude. I did not receive any email from the company confirming the time of the delivery or any call, no paperwork was sent to me, I called the store to get the papers the driver needed and in a blink of an eye he said he couldn’t wait because he had to continue his route and simple left! No call to a supervisor, manager, nothing, got his papers and left while I was waiting on the email to print for him which took less than a minute that he could not wait. If I was someone on this company this man would never work for me, and if I was to hire any delivery company, for sure it would never be this one!!!"
