"The company I work for ships around the country and requires multiple carriers to fill our orders, so I have dealt with many of them directly. That being said, Estes is the absolute worst carrier there is. Not only are their rates expensive, they consistently don't show up for pickups! I have not had them successfully show up to my business in the the past 6 months. I've given them a full week to show up on multiple occasions, made phone calls to their dispatch to ensure they come and the next day? Nothing - not even a phone call that they won't be making it. The worst part is our office is LITTERALLY DOWN THE STREET FROM THEIR TERMINAL. I understand these are difficult times for businesses, but this is a business that simply cannot not currently do their function as advertised and is hurting other business because of it. DONT USE."
