"I just recently started coming here for chiropractor care. Dr Tardos is a very compassionate kind caring person who really cares about the well being of her patients. The only reason why I didn't give this place a 5 star rating is for these reasons: the office is not the easiest to get ahold of sometimes however, you can text the phone number they use for the office, and they will get back to you quickly thru that. Also, I know Dr Tardos is going thru something personal right now and is only available 1 day per week, but there is no one who is covering her until she has more availability therefore the flexibility with this office is not the best right now. You would think an office as big as theirs would have someone covering a dr when something happens"

"I would give 0 stars if I could. Every single appointment they have you wait at least 2 hours until you are seen. They never return phone calls. They triple book. One time I also showed up to a scheduled appointment and they said they cancelled it last minute and never left me a voicemail or email. It is horrible. The provider I saw did not answer all of my questions as "she had 12 other patients to see within the hour" and just told me to schedule another appointment, which was 2 weeks out. She gave no clear answers that were helpful to my condition or treatment. Completely unacceptable. They clearly only care about the money they make. Take your business somewhere else."

"The one star is for the message service which either never passes my request to the doctor or the doctor just doesn’t respond. In a 7 day period I left 4 messages for the doctor as I was having a reaction to the medication he prescribed. Finally called me and then called in another prescription to help. Another time, dr left me a VM to call him to discuss lab results. I left messages next 2 days, it’s now 5 days and nothing. I left an important message today for the dr to call me - let’s see how long this takes."

"What an awful experience. Scheduled an appointment for 9:30am, got there 20 mins early as requested and wasn’t seen until almost 11am. Was told “it’s a busy day” - why have a schedule when you don’t follow it? I had a babysitter at home with a time limit waiting for me to return yet there was no regard for keeping to scheduled appointments. Then had a follow up appointment scheduled virtually for 2:20pm another day. Got a phone call to check in and was told the appointment was actually a 2-hour window so I would get a call to have my appointment sometime between 2:20 and 4:20pm. When I finally got the call from the doctor, she made a comment that I “didn’t seem to care” to which I responded well I was sitting waiting at 2:20pm for our scheduled appointment and now it’s hours later and I’m chasing around my toddler so it wasn’t really a good time anymore. She then said she thought she could call any time before 5pm. Not sure where that came from. Sorry but that’s not how appointments are supposed to work. Why bother scheduling people when you have no regard to your patients plans or schedules at all. Also was referred by the endo to a nutritionist and had a consultation with the recommended nutritionist. During my endo follow up appointment I was asked what was recommended, which is what I did, and the endo said they didn’t agree with what the nutritionist told me. Sad disconnect here. Seems like there’s minimal communication in this office and complete disregard for patients as human beings. Maybe new office management would help. Would never recommend and will never return."

"I’ve been a patient for a year now. Today o had an appointment. This just proved why I go here. Dr. Bursheh is amazing. She’s so patient, caring and actually listens. The staff is equally awesome. I had an emergency with my dog and had to be at an appointment, I didn’t want to make a fuss over it. They were running behind, but they took the time and made sure he was okay. The fact that they showed sympathy and asked if he’s ok means the world to me. I hated to be that patient today, but they made sure I was out in time. She is an amazing doctor. I will never switch doctors. It’s so hard to find someone who actually listens. She is simply the best and has a good bedside manner. Thank you to her and her staff."
