"My father and I rented a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom plus den apartment for 4 years. Cathleen Foster, the property manager, is a kind and welcoming person who makes sure Colonial Pointe is kept spotless, safe and an enjoyable place to live. Everyone who lives at Colonial Pointe are so nice and friendly. It is common place to see residents meeting on the patio or in the common area room. I would recommend Colonial Pointe to anybody looking to rent an apartment in the Northern New Jersey area."

"Colonial Pointe was my home for two years and I loved living there. The location itself is very convenient. The staff is so accommodating and the building is always immaculate. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. From the moment I met Cathleen, the leasing manager, on FaceTime for a virtual tour I felt at ease and comfortable moving into a place that I hadn’t even seen in person. She helped us every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. It was comforting to have a familiar, friendly face in the building. She went above and beyond and genuinely cared about the happiness of the residents. It’s a very warm and welcoming place, thanks to Cathleen. The building has great amenities, including a gym, a nice outdoor space, common area with a pool table and parking garage. I would highly recommend this complex and all it has to offer."

"I called Colonial Pointe home for 6 years (2016 - 2022), and in those 6 years in my first place, I felt safer than I could have felt absolutely anywhere else. This was majorly due to the daily care of the building and premises, some type of improvement always happening, the security systems in place, the unbelievably attentive, organized, and caring management, and the incredible neighbors I met and spent time in the lobby with over the years that made me feel like second family. Cathleen and Dan were key in making my apartment feel like home. If I ever had an issue, small or large, they would be on top of it quicker than I could have ever imagined with more care and personal touch than one would expect from residential management. They would work with me to ensure that whatever I was dealing with would not be a stressor and explained things super well and simply. Really though, it was the personal conversations with them and constantly seeing them taking care of things around Colonial Pointe that established that feeling of safety. I'm going to miss so many things about my first home away from home, but the memories will live on. P.S. The views from the higher floors, as well as the gorgeous lighting that many of the units get thanks to the design of the units and windows, cannot be matched in the area."

"Colonial Pointe is a great place to live. From the staff to the residents, everyone is always so friendly! My boyfriend and I have lived here for a year now and we couldn't imagine renting any place else. The grounds and building are always impeccable. Cathleen Foster is always so helpful and kind when we have questions or need anything at all. The location is amazing, right next to 287 and 208. There are parks and hiking areas super close, which we take advantage of almost every day! It's dog friendly too and that is hard to find!"
