Our apartment was given to us with completely unsatisfactory cleaning and wall repair from the previous tenant. They also had my brother’s car towed on Christmas Eve. He was visiting from active duty deployment. Disgusting."

"Not a pleasant experience to say the least. No concern for people on the first floor, where noise etc is concerned. Tend to victimize the victim if a complaint is made about excessive noise. Advertisement does not fit the experience. You can't judge a book by its cover\advertisement and appearance. EX: upscale neighborhood with a charming small town atmosphere, and "Looking for peace, tranquility" and an unparallel suburban lifestyle within a stone's throw of metropolitan allure? Peace and tranquility you will not get if you are on the first floor as they rent to anyone and everyone. On another note: Why do people with toddlers choose to move into an apartment when there are people below, as they know there will be complaints and so does the renting company so they should be ready for it and not act as if it should be excepted by any person who signed up where "Peace and Tranquility" is being advertised (False advertisement). The people who rent these apartments should know that they are impacting the lives of others and should not be surprised if tenants below them have a say about it, not to mentioned their are noise laws, and to avoid these problems they should take a first floor apartment, but also know they still have to abide by the laws, and just because they have children they don't get special treatment. I'm sure they would not appreciate it if they were the victim of this. On the other hand, The renters in this case should have strict rules, and enforce those rules, and not appear they are victimizing the victim, they already have to endure the pain."
