"Mike and Nick are the most attentive, quick responding and patient supers! The property is always beautifully maintained and I feel super safe here. My apartment was immaculately prepared for me with shiny hardwood floors, fresh paint, excellent appliances and not to mention my 2 bd 2 bath is HUGE! The gorgeous pool, Laundry room and GYM is a huge plus. Thank YOU Mike and Nick for making Ramapo Gardens a wonderful place to live."

"If i could give this place no stars i would. DONT BE FOOLED BY PICTURES!! They are SLUMLORDS. Poor excuses for a landlord. If you move out they will have the apartment ready for the next person in a week. Never clean correctly, they don’t scrap and plaster they just paint over everything. The walls are falling apart, they never give enough heat, my baby got SICK because in frigid weather we barely had heat, my baby was 2 months and hospitalized. They are sad pathetic people. ALSO THE PERSON WHO COMMENT UNDERNEATH IS LYING THERE IS NO GYM AND THAT POOL IS DIRTY AND FILLED WITH WASP!!!!"

"This place is amazing. The building manager Mike and his assistant Nick are truly amazing people. You feel like home here. Neighbors are cool. Kinchleys right next door. Pool and gym. Pool is always crystal clear and clean. Gym is always clean and nobody is ever there. Every apartment has a private covered balcony and unlimited parking spots."

"Management and superintendent were wonderful! Sadly we moved closer to work but I definitely recommend living here!"

"I've lived here for 6 years. We loved it so much we switched from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom! :) The management is excellent! They live on the premises are always very helpful. If I ever call a repair in, someone comes to help the same or next day. I always see someone outside cleaning and there is plenty of parking spaces. They plant pretty flowers yearly and spread mulch at the beginning of every season. At night, the lamps on the parking lot provide a pretty walking space! :) There is pool and all of the neighbors are friendly. It's a short walk to Walgreens, Starbucks and Kinchley's Pizza. No wonder empty apartments rent out in a few days. Very lucky to have found Ramapo Gardens!"
