"Terrible. I had been calling and emailing for 3 weeks to get 1 SINGLE question answered about the apartments, and no one has been able to answer. The customer service here is horrible, and there is zero communication. Management does not answer the phone. If this is how careless and neglectful they are of possible tenants, imagine how it will be when you actually live here. You will NEVER be able to get in touch with anyone if you need help. Google the company that owns this place, Kamson Corporation, and you will see that the properties they own have dozens of 1 star reviews describing their "cockroach infested", rundown apartments that have "dangerous mold and gas leaks." According to reviews, heat is often turned off during the winter and things continuously break without ever being fixed. Save yourself from this nightmare and choose one of the several other places in Morristown to rent from! Beware of the 5 star review. It was posted immediately after I posted my review, and my initial review was mysteriously deleted. Very shady"
